Serial numbers can be tricky to find. On some models they’re under the frame rail, on most they appear on the side of the frame, or on the magwell. On the KMP9 Series, the serial is located on the bolt. For H&K products, you’ll see a mock serial number as well as the real serial number somewhere else on the gun. When in doubt, give us both.
We ask for a purchase date so we know whether the item will be a warranty repair or an-out-of warranty repair. If it’s been more than 90 days from your purchase, don’t worry too much about filling this part out. If you leave it blank, however, the RMA will automatically be marked as an out-of-warranty repair.
If you purchased from Amazon.com or eBay.com, please let us know which seller account appears on the invoice. This lets us know if the reseller is one of our Authorized Resellers and affects warranty status.
